No matter how much care is taken with packing, handling and loading, accidents do sometimes happen. All BAR member companies, an organisation that we are proud to be a part of, must meet a minimum standard with regard to their insurance requirements. As part of this, our BAR terms and conditions limit our liability as per clauses 9.1.2, 9.2.2 &11. Due to this limitation of liability, we offer a comprehensive insurance product for your goods whilst they are in our care, custody and control. The policy available to you as a separate insurance contract and provides cover on an all risks basis. Please feel free to discuss this option with us.
